Books

I don’t necessarily recommend the books that I have listed here. But, I do recommend having four kinds of books.

1. Expression Dictionary – Great for learning expression patterns and adding phrases to my SRS.
2. Grammar  -  I use a grammar book to search for meaning if I don’t recognize a verb ending.
3. Phrase book – Great for common speech and helpful in real life daily interactions. The phrases I’ve found in these have been excellent for my SRS.
4. Novel ( or other kind of narrative) I find pleasure reading stories in Korean. Reading and rereading a few months later works  as a pretty good self-progress report.
